My Vision

I truly believe that the world depends on each of our dreams coming true.

I envision a world where we lead from our authentic truth, unbound by societal and ego-driven conditioning.

A world where it’s safe to embrace all of our individuality and humanity, where we see each other with compassion and openness.

In this world, we transcend the limitations placed upon us and step into the power of our humanity and divnity, actualizing the extraordinary potential we all carry within.

My Story

Growing up, I was always the sensitive one.

As an empath, I felt everything deeply — the emotions of those around me, especially my parents. I watched as they worked long hours in unfulfilling careers, and even as a child, I could sense their spirits dimming, feeling trapped by expectations.

And I often wondered, Is this really what life is all about?

Books, music, and movies were my escape. I’d immerse myself in stories about people following their dreams, living lives passionately and purposefully in their authentic truth. I always thought to myself, That could be me!

But the world around me painted a different picture. There were no role models living authentically or doing what they loved. Instead, I was surrounded by expectations — how I should wear my hair, what I should study, who I should become. Every time my ideas drifted away from the norm, I was told I was being “too visionary.”

It felt like I couldn’t be myself.

The pressure from my family, my culture, and society was overwhelming.

I felt limited, constrained, and I didn’t feel like I belonged.

I refused to believe that was the extent of life — meeting the expectations of others. There had to be a way to honour who I truly was.

So,

At 14, I made the boldest decision of my life — I moved to Canada from Taiwan on my own.

Surviving in a foreign country 6,000 miles away from home without the comfort of my family, culture, language, and friends was really tough.

I struggled with depression, loneliness, and the ache of homesickness.

However, in that struggle, I discovered something powerful: the ability to turn inward for healing and strength.

Journaling, long walks, and dancing became my medicine. Through these practices, I found my own sense of joy, connection, and resilience.

I began to

honour my truth.

Step by step, and that decision — made in my teenage years — sparked a lifelong journey of living in alignment with who I truly am.

That experience also ignited my passion for creating spaces where others, too, can feel safe to be themselves. Spaces where they can break free from the limitations imposed by society, culture, or family, and step into their authentic truth.

Today, I live the life of my dreams.

I am the freest I've ever been. I feel the truest to ME than I’ve ever felt.

Of course, there are obstacles along the way. However, I have cultivated an inner support system to always have my back. To remind myself that I am enough. That I am worthy of love. That I am capable.

I am here to help you cultivate your own inner support system & resilience so you can live also in alignment with your truth.
