Someone who is interested in working with me asked me - “How do I know when I am ready to work with you?”
And I thought - this is a really good question.
Sure, come to me when you are ready.
But I’d love to challenge you with your notion of readiness.
What does it need to happen for you to be ready?
You see, readiness can be from a place of ego. It can be from a place of fear.
Waiting for shit to really hit the fan so you are ready.
Waiting for the stars to align so you are ready.
Readiness and fear seem to be exclusive to one another.
This kind of readiness gives your power away.
If you are waiting for fear to go away so you are ready, you are leading with fear.
You don't have to be ready, but you have to be sovereign.
What I mean by being sovereign is that your decision is rooted in your truth.
Be ready to transform your life because you are worth it. - THAT’S YOUR TRUTH.
(And let’s just get this out of the way - everything inside your head that tells you you are not worth it is either a societal, cultural, or familial conditioning)
Sovereignty and fear are not exclusive to one another.
It just means you lead yourself from your truth rather than from fear.
They are kinda friends.
My love, your dreams are bigger than your fear.
So, don’t come to me when you are ready.
